With over 20 years of experience in marketing, branding, and communication, Andrea is the founder and CEO of Oxygen. A digital entrepreneur passionate about the connection between innovation, content, and education, she believes that repertoire is the key to changing people’s mindsets. She has a particular focus on trend curation and has been helping individuals and companies navigate this increasingly fast-paced world through Oxygen, which encompasses a subscription content club, Oxygen Club; a corporate arm, Oxygen Studio; and a pillar of travel for festivals and innovation ecosystems, Oxygen Journeys.

A Journalism student at Faculdade Cásper Líbero, Bia is a natural communicator, a storyteller driven by the desire to write and talk about a wide range of subjects. Always attentive to the trends shaping the global landscape, she nurtures a passion for books and travel, using both to absorb new experiences and explore diverse cultures and realities around the world.

Graduated in Social Communication from ESPM and with a master’s degree in Branding from the School of Visual Arts in NYC, Camila has worked as a behavioral researcher both in a research agency, Provokers, and in a branding consultancy, Alexandria. Additionally, she has worked in marketing at companies such as Mondelez and Facebook and has participated in research and branding projects as an independent consultant for brands such as Itaú, Hope, Raízen, and Fundação Dom Cabral.

Catharina is a journalism student, graduating from Faculdade Cásper Líbero. Since childhood, her life passion could be found in bookstores and libraries, within the lines of her favorite novels. It was by (per)suing the path of writing, closely intertwined with visual arts, that she anchored herself in the world of communication and found her vocation. Through words and symbols, she seeks to inform, educate, and open eyes and minds to new perspectives, cultures, and novelties that make society such a deep, diverse, and enriching universe. After all, she learned from the stories that they can be told by more than one narrative.

Mariana is a Journalism student at Faculdade Cásper Líbero and strongly believes in the power of writing, storytelling, and information to change the world. She is the co-founder of the social education project Educa pra Todos and has a special interest in environmental causes. As an intern at Oxygen, she is responsible for bringing the perspective of Generation Z and staying constantly attentive to the innovations and novelties that drive the world.

With a degree in Arts from Istituto Marangoni London and a master’s degree in Media and Communication from the London College of Communication, Maria Clara has been living in London since 2014. She has worked with communication and brand strategy at the agency SEComms and as Brand Manager for the English lifestyle brand The Sette. She has also worked on projects such as UnWar, about the experience of children during and after wartime in Bosnia, and Capital City, about ‘glass, power and gaze’ in modern constructions. Passionate about sustainability, art, and exploring new cultures and places, Maria Clara is always looking for new trends and insights around the world.

Graduated from King’s College London in Culture, Media, and Creative Industries. She lived in London for three years, refining her skills and experience. Her innate curiosity drives her to explore different perspectives and delve into new knowledge. She works as an analyst for the Oxygen Club.

Specialist in administration and management with a background in Business Administration and Accounting, as well as an MBA in Health Management. With more than a decade of experience managing the family medical clinic, she is recognized for her problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude. For Monica, no challenge is too big. With her knack for finding solutions in any situation, she sees every obstacle as an opportunity to grow and innovate. She doesn’t rest until she sees her projects come to life.

Constantly in search of new experiences, Monica brings with her a rich repository of knowledge acquired across multiple markets. Her rational approach and authenticity captivate those around her, making her an inspiring and trustworthy figure on our team. With Monica by your side, nothing is impossible. An entrepreneur, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect people, solve problems, and propose new solutions. Constantly developing new skills. She works as a Project Manager at Oxygen Studio.

An economist with an MBA in Business and over 30 years of experience in multinational companies, Regina has experience in product development and new business ventures. She has worked in Finance, Marketing, Projects, Sales, and Customer Relationship areas. She mentors in people and team development.
